You will join our growing Digital & Operational Excellence team in Stockholm, supporting Norvestor's digitalisation acceleration and our portfolio companies across Europe. Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer, you will work closely with partners, investment professionals, and management teams to translate digital opportunities into structured, measurable value creation across the portfolio.
We are looking for a Digital Value Creation Manager to join our growing Digital & Operational Excellence team. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of due diligence, institutional knowledge building, value creation planning, and hands-on execution across Norvestor's portfolio of 35+ companies.
You will drive structured digital value creation initiatives across the portfolio, ensuring that digitalisation opportunities identified during due diligence are translated into structured, executable must-wins, shaped by the Norvestor shareholder agenda and playbooks. You will work closely with investment professionals and portfolio company management teams to embed digital priorities into the investment agenda from deal sourcing and due diligence through to exit. In parallel, you will work with internal Norvestor digitalisation and process improvements, including our new AI implementations and data structuring together with the internal tech team, to continuously improve how Norvestor operates.
This is a hands-on role. You will work across the full investment lifecycle, from pre-deal digital assessment through to post-close value creation, industrializing our know-how, playbooks, and structures that drive acceleration and measurable value.

You have a strong understanding of digital operating models and value creation, and are comfortable translating strategic insights into practical, executable plans. You enjoy understanding how things actually work and how it drives value and turning insights into structured initiatives with measurable impact. While you bring technical depth, you think and communicate commercially, anchoring digital initiatives in business value, investment rationale, and measurable outcomes.
You are confident working with senior stakeholders, both at Norvestor and in portfolio company management teams, and bring a pragmatic approach to digital acceleration and performance improvement. You are comfortable tackling complex problems and structuring them into actionable work.
You are curious, detail-oriented, and motivated by building scalable ways of working that create lasting impact. You bring particular depth in data platform and analytics projects, knowing how to take these from strategic framing through to structured execution, working alongside technical teams and management to support execution.

This is a hands-on role driving three interconnected areas that together advance Norvestor's operational and digital agenda. Key responsibilities
- Digital DD and Portfolio Value Creation: Ownership of digital, technology, and cyber due diligence, with a primary focus on digital maturity, data architecture, AI and platform-driven value creation potential. Drive DD-identified priorities into structured, executable Value Creation Plans, agreed with management and shaped by the Norvestor shareholder agenda and playbooks
- Data Platform & Analytics Value Creation: Lead and project manage data platform and analytics value creation initiatives across portfolio companies. Drive the build-out of scalable, structured data capabilities that create compounding competitive advantage and measurable business impact. Document learnings and develop repeatable playbooks that enable efficient deployment of data platform initiatives across the broader portfolio.
- Internal Digitalisation & Process Improvement: Support and drive internal Norvestor digitalisation and process improvements, working closely with the internal tech team to continuously improve how Norvestor operates. Identify opportunities to implement AI tools, improve data structuring, and build more efficient workflows across the firm.
- Platform Value Creation & Institutionalisation: Drive the institutionalisation of digital value creation by embedding scalable, durable capabilities across portfolio companies, enabling sustained, repeatable performance and long-term value creation. Build playbooks and structures that can be deployed efficiently across the portfolio.
- Performance & Value Governance: Design, implement, and continuously refine KPI frameworks and performance models that link digital initiatives to execution progress and measurable value creation outcomes. Enable structured prioritisation, transparency, and informed decision-making across Norvestor and its portfolio companies.
Your profile
- +5 years of experience in top-tier management consulting or similar role in a Digital/operational Private Equity Team leading or having exposure to digital transformation, data strategy, or technology-enabled value creation
- Strong project leadership and structured problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to take complex digital initiatives from strategic framing through to hands-on execution
- Understanding of data platforms and analytics, and how data strategy translates into business value, with experience in leading or managing data platform initiatives being a strong plus
- Experience within digital due diligence, operational performance improvement, or portfolio value creation
- Hands-on experience reviewing, documenting, and improving end-to-end business processes, with the ability to surface inefficiencies and translate findings into structured, executable improvement plans
- Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to simplify complexity into actionable priorities and structured execution plans
- Experience developing KPI frameworks, performance tracking models, and executive-level decision materials
- Experience working directly with senior executives and presenting to decision-making forums
- Fluent in English
